1. ORDERING

1.1 Do you offer any discount or promotional offers?

We sell all our shoes at very competitive prices, but occasionally we send discount codes to our customers. To receive these codes, please join our mailing list. Further to this, you can collect reward points, which you can redeem later.

1.2 How can I collect the points?

You can collect points by signing up, placing an order, and leaving the product review.

1.3 Do you have any mobile App?

We do not have any mobile app, but our responsive and mobile-friendly website is fully compatible with your mobile phones, tablet, and other smart devices.

1.4 Do you have any store or showroom?

No, we do not have any stores. However, we offer 45 days return and refund policy.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once you have placed it. However, it will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimise errors. Therefore, it is advisable to double-check your order before placing it.

1.7 I have a discount code. How can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” on your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail to confirm that we have received your request. However, note that orders will only be shipped when we receive your payment and verified billing and delivery address. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” after logging into the member area.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?

We process all orders within 1 working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We usually post all parcels on the same working day; if we receive your order before 1400 and expect the delivery between 1 to 2 working days on standard delivery, This applies only to all UK deliveries. The time taken for all international deliveries depends on the courier, usually 4-10 working days.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Once we dispatch the order, we will send a confirmation email to you with the tracking number. After that, you may check and track the delivery status of your orders.

2.4 When will I receive the order if I placed it after 1400?

We will still post your parcel on the same working day but, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days for domestic and 7-10 working days for international deliveries.

2.5 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free and fast postage on all domestic orders and free shipping on all international orders above $120.

2.6 How long does it take an international order to arrive?

Normally it takes about 4 to 10 working days to deliver.

2.7 My order status is on hold; what does it mean?

We usually process every order within 24 hours during the weekdays. But if your order is still on hold for a more extended period, then there must be a payment or inventory issue. If there is an issue, we usually send an email with more details regarding the concern. So please check your inbox or junk folder and get back to us to process your order as quickly as possible.

2.8 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, and we will assist you accordingly.

2.9 Can you send my order in unmarked box/packaging?

Yes, we send the shoes in unmarked packages. However, we ship all orders in a plain box and packaging due to the buyers’ high demand. If, for any reason, you want to get the shoes in our branded box, then please mention them in the order note, and we will send your order in the printed box.

3. REFUND & EXCHANGE

3.1 What is your refund policy?

We offer a 45-day no quibble return policy. If, for any reason, you want to return the shoes, then don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will provide you with the return address. Shoes must be in unused/resaleable condition.

3.2 I’ve purchased the wrong size or colour

No problem, we can exchange the shoes. Please get in touch with us via the contact page or drop us an email at [email protected], and we will provide you with the return address.

3.3 I have slightly used the shoes. Can I still return them?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept any used items as they are not in a saleable condition. Please try the shoes by wearing them on a clean surface, most likely on a carpet walk around. If, for any reason, you want to exchange or return the shoes, then please get in touch with us before wearing them regularly, and we will be pleased to help you out.

3.4 Do you offer prepaid return postage?

If there is an error in the order you have received, we offer prepaid return postage; in other cases, we do not provide prepaid return postage.

3.5 WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE?

3.6 Do you refund the postage cost for Special Delivery?

We offer free delivery on all domestic orders. Still, suppose the buyer chooses to pay for special delivery and any reason, he wants to return the order. In that case, Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for the delivery cost.
