1. ORDERING

1.1 Do you offer any discount or promotional offers?

We sell all our shoes at very competitive prices, but, occasionally we send discount codes to our customers. To receive these codes, please join our mailing list. Further to this, you can collect reward points which you can redeem later.

1.2 How can I collect the points?

You can collect points by signing up, placing an order and by leaving the review for the product.

1.3 Do you have any mobile App?

No, we do not have any mobile app, but our responsive and mobile-friendly website is fully compatible with your mobile phones, tablet and other smart devices.

1.4 Do you have any store or showroom?

No, we do not have any store. However, we offer 45 days return and refund policy.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once you have placed it. It will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimise errors. It is advisable to double-check your order before placing it.

1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that we have received your request. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when we received your payment, and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” after logging into the member area.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?

We process all orders within 1 working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We usually post all parcels on the same working day; if we receive your order before 1400 and you can expect the delivery between 1 to 2 working days on standard delivery, This applies only to all UK deliveries. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on courier usually 4-10 working days.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Once we dispatch the order, we will send a confirmation email to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders.

2.4 When will i receive the order if I placed it after 1400?

We will still post your parcel on the same working day but, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days for domestic and 7-10 working days for international deliveries.

2.5 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free and fast postage on all domestic orders and free shipping on all international orders above $120.

2.6 How long does it take an international order to arrive?

Normally it takes about 4 to 10 working days to deliver.

2.7 My order status is on-hold; what does it mean?

We usually process every order within 24 hours during the weekdays. But if your order still on-hold for a more extended period, then there must be a payment or inventory issue. If there is an issue, then we usually send an email with more details regarding the concern. Please check your inbox or junk folder and get back to us so we can process your order as quickly as possible.

2.8 I have slightly used the shoes can I still return them?

No, unfortunately, we don’t accept any used items as they are not in a saleable condition.

2.9 I’ve purchased the wrong size or colour

Please contact us, via the contact page or drop us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with the return address.

2.10 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly

2.11 Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.

2.12 Do you offer prepaid return postage?

If there is an error in the order you have received we offer prepaid-return postage, in other cases, we do not provide prepaid-return postage.

2.13 Do you refund the postage cost for Special Delivery?

We offer free delivery on all domestic orders, but if the buyer chooses to pay for special delivery and for any reason he wants to return the order, we do not offer a refund for a special delivery though in most cases we provide a full refund for the purchased shoes.
