We cannot accept used items because if we find any signs of use, they cannot be sold. Please try the shoes by wearing them briefly on a clean surface, most likely on a carpet. If you meet the conditions mentioned above and wish to exchange or return the items for any reason, we will be glad to help you. In other cases, please don’t send us the used shoes as you have to pay the shipping cost to get them back, or we dispose of them.
