Question: Do you sell on eBay/Amazon?
Answer: Yes, we do sell on eBay/Amazon, but here at our website we offer better price and reward points which you can redeem. We also provide free and fast postage to all UK orders and to all international orders worth over $120.

Question: Do you offer any discount or promotional offers?
Answer: We sell all our shoes on very competitive prices but, occasionally we send discount codes to our customers. In order to receive these codes, please join our mailing list. Further to this you can collect reward points which you can redeem later.

Question: How can I collect the points?
Answer: You can collect points by signing up, placing and order and by leaving the review for the product.

Question: Do you have any mobile Apps?
Answer: Not at the moment but our Android and iPhone apps will be available very soon.

Answer: We are based in the Manchester, United Kingdom.

Question: Do you have any store or showroom?
Answer: Not at the moment.

Question: When do I expect my parcel to arrive?
Answer: Normally we post all parcels on the same working day, if we receive your order before 11AM and delivery can be expected between 2 to 3 working days on standard delivery.

Question: What if i order after 11AM?
Answer: We will still post your parcel on the same working day but, it can take up to 3 to 4 working days to deliver.

Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we offer free and fast postage on all domestic orders and free shipping on all international orders above $120.

Question: How long does it take an international order to arrive?
Answer: Normally it takes about 4 to 7 working days to deliver.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?Answer: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal payments. We can also accept bank transfer in some cases.

Question: What is the return and refund process?
Answer: We offer a 45 day return period, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and want to return the item. You should contact us for the return address and return approval number which, you need to write in the return package. Item must be in its original, unused and re-saleable condition.

Question: I have slightly used the shoes can I still return them?
Answer: No unfortunately we don’t accept any used items as they are not in re-saleable condition.
